Transmission Build Technician / Programmer / Dyno Technician

Austin wears multiple hats at our facility, serving as a Transmission Build Technician, Programmer, and Dyno Technician. Austin's association with our company is deeply rooted, as he grew up immersed in the family and surrounded by the business. From a young age, he was exposed to the world of transmission building and automotive passion that runs through our veins.

His official journey with us began during his high school years when he started as a part-time helper, cleaning parts and lending a hand at car shows. It was during this time that Mark took Austin under his wing, mentoring him in the art of transmission building. As his skills and expertise grew, so did his responsibilities within the company. What began as a part-time role evolved into a full-time position, and Austin has now been an integral part of our team for 11 years.

Austin's dedication to his craft extends beyond the walls of our facility. He is an active member of the Automatic Transmission Rebuilders Association (ATRA), staying
up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices. Additionally, he serves as a volunteer firefighter in his community, exemplifying his commitment to service and giving back. When asked about his favorite car or hot rod, Austin said Mark's 1990 Camaro project, which he eagerly anticipates seeing completed one day.

What truly drives Austin is the process of building transmissions, continuously exploring ways to enhance their performance, and receiving positive feedback from satisfied customers who rely on our products. He finds immense satisfaction in the challenge of pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional results.

From humble beginnings as a young helper, he has blossomed into a skilled Transmission Build Technician, Programmer, and Dyno Technician, playing a crucial role in our company's success and carrying forward the legacy instilled in him from a young age.
