The qualified candidate must have a basic understanding of what it takes to convert a vehicle to a newer overdrive transmissions. Must be able to multi-task, answer multiple phones and understand the importance of first-class customer service. Experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office is a plus but not required, we will train. But basic computer skills and excellent phone and personal communication is required. Must have excellent work ethic and an understanding of critical time lines. The candidate must be outgoing and able to converse with the customers about his/her project needs.

Office Administrator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth administrative functions, and contributing to our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and department heads.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Prepare and file documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Show Management Representative/Class A CDL Driver
We need talented, passionate and motivated candidates who can work well with existing team members. Must have experience with sales in the aftermarket performance automotive industry. Must have a Class A CDL and experience with the show environment, including setting up a presentable display along with an Arrow Awning. Understand the importance of quality image, represenation and customer service. The qualified candidate must have a basic understanding of what it takes to convert a vehicle to a newer overdrive transmissions. Must understand the importance of first-class customer service and building a relationship with people. Experience with Quickbooks is a plus but not required, we will train. But basic computer skills and excellent phone and personal communication is required. Must have excellent work ethic and an understanding of critical time lines. The candidate must be outgoing and able to converse with the customers about his/her project needs. Will be required to drive the truck and trailer to events, setup and work 10 - 12 events per year. When not attending the shows the responsibilties will be sales and tech support on the phone along with visiting shops and dealers to build the brand and give the support that is needed. We would consider a remote employee with the proper expereince and quality reputation.
