Builder Apprentice
A Lawrence County native, Cale joins the Bowler team as a Builder Apprentice, bringing hands-on experience and a strong drive to learn the industry from the ground up. He is set to attend Vincennes University this fall, where he will be studying business, further building on the foundation he’s developing here at Bowler.

Cale first connected with the company through the CEO program, where he met Mark and was introduced to the world of Bowler Performance. Prior to joining the team, he gained work experience at a pool company as well as within a family friend’s seed dealership, where he developed a strong work ethic and a practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.

He’s excited to grow within the industry and is especially interested in experiencing all aspects of it, including opportunities to travel and learn different sides of the performance and automotive world.

When it comes to favorites, Cale is a fan of the 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1, made even more iconic through its connection to John Wick. Outside of work, he brings a curiosity and enthusiasm that fits right in with the Bowler mindset and the passion behind the builds.
