Jaelee serves as a Product Assembler on our team while she balances her time as a student at Olney Central College, where she is currently working toward her Nail Technician license. Originally from Monroe City, Indiana, where she still resides today, Jaelee joined the Bowler family in search of a workplace that prioritized high values, in-depth teamwork, and truly passionate people.

Her professional background is incredibly diverse, bringing experience from her time as a gymnastics coach, retail professional, and even contracting work. This varied experience has given her a unique perspective on the assembly side of the business. For Jaelee, the most compelling part of this industry is how it reflects human creativity and sustainability, creating a perfect blend of innovation and passion.
