Originally from Lawrenceville, IL, Pep brings a strong foundation of hard work and adaptability from years spent working in his family’s restaurant; an experience that taught him the value of hustle, communication, and staying cool under pressure. At Bowler, he’s quickly become an essential part of the team, helping streamline processes and assist with coordination across multiple areas of the business.
