Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please know that high volume orders or postal service problems are outside our control. If you are ordering during a special event or using a special discount due to a promotion, we are running the times may be longer than what is listed above.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We do not offer any Local delivery.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 10885 May Chapel Road, Lawrenceville, IL 62439. Place your order on the phone with one of our customer service representatives and we can arrange for you to pick up your items at our business address.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8 am – 12 pm, 1 pm – 5 pm CST on M-F. We do close for lunch M-F and will not be able to assist you during the hours of 12-1 pm CST. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping and currently we do not have a list of countries we do not ship to.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bowler Performance Transmissions is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@bowlertransmissions.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
UPS has limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here. www.ups.com
Refunds, returns, and exchanges.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@bowlertransmissions.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

In the case that you receive something damaged upon arrival, please refuse the shipment and call us immediately. Please take pictures. We will file a claim with our carrier that delivered the item.
