4L60E & 4L80E MLP/PRNDL SWITCH (4 & 7 PIN CONNECTORS), INCLUDES HARNESS TO WIRE IN NEUTRAL SAFETY SWITCH AND REVERSE LIGHTS.  

 

*Note that your transmission case must have the cast, threaded "bosses" for mounting this switch.  It will also require the use of a long shift shaft.
