Tilton 600-Series firewall-mount aluminum pedal assembly with adjustable pedal ratio, forged aluminum construction, balance bar, and tunable foot pad positioning. Ideal for race and high-performance street applications.

Tilton’s 600-series firewall-mount aluminum pedal assembly delivers high performance, adjustability, and lightweight strength for serious race and performance builds. This assembly uses traditional fixed-mount master cylinder and balance bar technology, offering a proven brake control setup at a competitive price.

Forged aluminum pedals provide excellent rigidity with minimal weight, while the adjustable pedal ratio (5.0:1–6.2:1) allows the driver to tune brake feel without changing master cylinder sizing. Foot pads can be moved vertically, horizontally, and adjusted in angle for personalized ergonomics.

Tilton’s large 7/16"-20 balance bar ensures maximum stiffness and reduced flex, and PTFE-coated aluminum clevises improve durability and minimize friction. Pedal pivots use wave washers to reduce lateral movement and bronze bushings to improve smoothness. A lightweight aluminum frame integrates guide ramps to reduce balance bar tipping, improving repeatability under hard braking.
